Best Merzouga Camel Trekking and night in the desert

The journey of our Merzouga camel trekking experience starts with an escort to the camel caravan site. So, you will ride your own camel accompanied by a local and experienced camel guide. The camel trekking journey takes around 1h30m. Moreover, you can stop in the middle of your camel trekking trip in order to take a break and enjoy the spectacular sunset.

After that, you will resume your journey towards the Sahara Desert Camp where a wide range of activities is waiting for you. So, in the Sahara Desert Camp, you can enjoy the rhythms of the Berber local music bands around a campfire, which is a memorable experience. Then, you will have dinner and taste local food. Afterwards, you will have your own bed to spend the night in the middle of the desert under the starlit sky.

In the early morning of the following day of your overnight stay in the Sahara Desert Camp, you will witness the charming sunrise in the Sahara Desert dunes. Then, you will have a local breakfast in the camp. After that, we will head back to Merzouga either by 4wd cars or by camels (As you wish). Arriving to Merzouga marks the end of your overnight camel trekking trip.
