Departing from Dades Valley after breakfast, head towards Merzouga, a small Saharan village in southeastern Morocco at the edge of the Erg Chebbi dune complex. This drive will take you through the Ziz Valley, known for its huge oases and stunning desert sceneries. As you go further toward Merzouga, the landscape gradually extends toward one of the biggest and most famous Erg Chebbi dunes, covered with sand.

Upon arrival in Merzouga, you will be met with your camel caravan, which will take you on a breathtaking camel trek into the Sahara Desert. You'll ride your camel through towering dunes, sometimes higher than 150 meters, and the quietness of the desert while you go deeper into the sand. It would take about 1.5 to 2 hours, whereby lots of time is given to view the vastness of gold color and to take pictures of breathtaking surroundings.

After having breakfast, drive by 4x4 into the Sahara. Enjoy an exhilarating ride across vast expanses of sand dunes and desert oases lined with palm trees. You will also stop at traditional villages in the desert where you can meet Berber families who live there, learn about their lives, and see how they have traditionally built homes using clay and natural materials. Contrasts among lush green oases and surrounding golden sands create amazing scenic landscapes for families to shoot their photos in.

• Option 2: Quad Bike Tour (Optional)
